Headway is a brain injury association which was established as a national organisation in 1979.  Since then groups and branches affiliated to Headway UK have developed across the British Isles..

Headway provides support and services for adults with acquired and traumatic brain injuries across Leicester, leicestershire and Rutland. They are able to offer support to individuals and their families whilst they are in hospital, through our day service and also our outreach team. Road traffic accidents, assaults, infections, falls, tumours and strokes are just some of the causes.

A brain injury can happen to anyone, at any time.
